Rafting in Nepal


Nepal is the greatest spot for rafting as the level of rafting here is from 1 to 6. The levels are categorized in 1-6 which is really awesome for the adventure lover. Since the world has many water resource countries, Nepal is in the position of 43rd position as Brazil stands 1st for the renewable water.


The rivers of Nepal are enough and best for the rafting that will be the best end for the people who love for the eco trip in Nepal. It depends on the people what kind of trip you want to have? The rivers of Nepal will give you the option what kind. The people can go ahead for long trip and short trip of the rafting here in Nepal.
Short rafting is done between 3-4 hrs. And will be start from certain spot to the end point of certain places. They have different places where they can end up with the journey. It is not only about short term but also we can go through the levels from 1- 5 which can be done.

Long rafting is done as per day from one location to another to the one stop which will be longer than 6 to 7 hours and will be going on and on to another point and another day will be started to the another point. The difficulty state is done and will be going as per day of the world is required.

Different rivers are rated for their difficulty on a scale of class 1 – 6 for rafting.
A class 1: River having slower moving current with little or no obstacles.
Class 2 & 3:  Rivers with fast moving having some obstacles and smaller to medium size rapids.
Class 4:  Rivers having long, continuous sector of white water and large waves, where we require strong paddling and good teamwork in the boat.


Class 5:  Rivers have powerful sector of rapids and big holes, which requires excellent strength of paddling and requires some previous rafting experience.
Class 6:  This class is considered to be almost impossible to perform.

The journey in Nepal is going to the nation very well known for top renowned Himalayas. The place where we can go for the circuits to be trekked, the final destination of the people as one visit is not enough.

The people of Nepal are along with different religion although the majority is Hindu and Buddhism where you can find different types of temples and stupa which symbolizes the sign of

There is lots of reason for the tourist to be attracted at Nepal. It is the best destination for the people who love adventure and want to try treks and mountain climbing. The highest mountain Mt. Everest is located in Nepal as Mt.8848.The people who want to escape height sickness have an option to prevent by visiting those higher altitudes by mountain flight and helicopter for the closer view where you can get some best photos. Although the country is land locked but those land locking mountains have been the major attraction for the tourist to visit Nepal.

Due to the diversity of the geographical features of Nepal we can learn multi culture among with different races tribes of Nepal. From the valley of the country as Kathmandu we can learn Newari culture as we can see different languages and food style. The cultures of the east are totally different as there are different tribes living together as hilly people. The tarai region of Nepal is all about the people who have different tribal language as lower race people such as Tharu,Musar who have different level of living and food habitat.
